headlights

My Headlights will only stay up i have changed them out and bought a new switch and i still have no clue..........does anyone might know what is wrong?

did you change the headlights or the motors? the motors may be bad, or in a bind. do the lights clunk or even try to move when you push the switch?

hmm... another thing, if you've done the sleepy eye trick, (the one that works with the headlights on) then if you dont have a switch the lights won't go down.

im not sure exactly what to say, more details??

when u roll them down manually will the switch pop them up?could be either the headlight switch or a Relay.. if not then its your Headlight motors. but if they do atleast pop up with the switch then your motors are fine...

yea i changed out the motors and put them down and they did pop back up so next going to try a new relay i hope it works it not don't know what i going to to then

Hey Zephon,Did you fix your headlight issue?I just fixed mine and found it to be broken fusible link. Not much, but it saved me lots of $$ from swapping parts in and out and I got to know the wiring pretty good. If you want to give it a shot, just email me or post to this thread and I'll see what I can do. You'll need something to test the circuit with.Regards,Andy
