Headlights Stuck up on 91' 240SX... How do I fix it?

Headlights Stuck up on 91' 240SX... How do I fix it?Both are stuck up. And I cant get them down by shutting the lights off. If I roll them down by hand, and flip the lights on, they pop up.I checked the "pop up" switch in the car and its fine (even removed it).I checked the fuse and its fine. I tried to check the relay, but I couldnt test it all that well, only cheched the magnetic coil and it read at 80ohms, so thats ok. Does anyone have a idea how to test or fix it? It cant be all that complicated (i hope). So can someone please please help!!! Thanks ALOT in advance.Roman

that sounds like a bad relay to me i used to have the same problem

mine do the same thing but only in cold weather... during the summer they work perfectly...

maybe the solenoids are just gettin old?
