Car: Infiniti g37s 2008

I just bought a 2008 infiniti g37s with 30k miles. Both head lights are out and I have been driving with fog lights
The dealership wants 3000 bucks to repair. Is this crazy? I bought it from tom peacock Cadillac used cars just a month ago.

not sure about lemon laws in your state, but it sounds like it should be the dealership you bought it from problem, not having headlights is a huge safety issue
