I have a 1993 Infiniti J30 with 131,xxx miles on it that I have owned for a year. Love the car but I am having some issues with the head lights. I went to get in the car yesterday morning & the lights would not turn on. Checked the fuses & they were OK. Checked the bulbs & they were OK. I had had an issue with the driver's side lights not working for a while but had not had time to investigate the problem. Last night when I had a chance to examine the car, it looks as if the genius that owned it before me attempted to splice a wire from the driver's side lights to the passenger side lights. I removed that abomination. All other wiring looks OK. Lights still will not come on. I have searched this forum & it seems this is a common issue that deals with either the head light relay or the headlight switch. I purchased both of them new last night online via Infinitipartsusa.com. Is there any thing else I should check? Thanks for your help.

Only use maximum 55w headlights. People in the past who have used a higher wattage bulbs have had melting wire issues.
