headlights dont work in my 2006 maxima

lights wont work except for one foglight. My high beams wont even come on. Help me PLEASE. If i have to change bulbs how.

start with checking your fuses and relays. there is a relay box in the engine and a fuse pannel to the left and below the steering wheel or under the dash (dont know exactly were on that car)
