headlights dim on passenger side?

i have a set of projector headlights. the drivers side seems to be fine but the passenger side has seemed to have dimmed and isnt as bright.

i was wondering if i just need to change the headlight bulb, and if so what type of bulb do i need :S

any help would be great guys!
