Headlight works on high beam,but not on low(Nissan Quest 05)

Hi all,

My car is Nissan Quest 2005 (mini van). The running light (low beam) not working but the High beam and signal work well. I had a garage inspected on this and they told me that the module needs replacement. Which module they are talking about? And I can order one online myself? Their rate is way too high.
