Hi ppl,

I need to fix my headlight to pass emission and the biggest problem is that the problem is not with the bulb. I checked the fuses and replaced the light and did all type of changes but nothing. My hi-beam wont work. The i came up with the idea of conecting the hi-beam and low-beam together so that when i switch to hi-beam there is some light. However, i tried all the combinations in the conector, and the problem is that it wont light for long, only burn fuses. Any one know how to fix this problem? or how to wire it to both low beam????

Try re-running a new ground wire. My headlight was 'flickering' for awhile, then died completely. A new headlight didn't fix the problem. I finally figured out that the ground was bad, and I re-ran a new ground wire, and it worked great.

Ground is usually green or black in color.

Hope that helps.
