Headlight /Turn Signal Switch Question

Hey all... new guy here with a quick fitment question.

Will the headlight /turn signal switch from a '08 Infiniti M35 work in my 08 Rogue S? I bought it used without fog lights and plan on adding a set of OEM ones this weekend. I have the lights but need the proper turn signal stalk. I found a couple on Ebay, but the seller didn't know if they were compatible. To me they look exactly the same, with the part numbers matching (beginning part of it anyway. Both are #25540). Was hoping to get a little guidance from those with more experience with the Rogue and it's cousins than I.
