headlight timing?

the oddest thing i have ever seen i can turn on my headlights with the motors connected (right now i drive with them raised and motors disconnected) the passenger headlight goes down and driver side raises turn them off and vise versa zer...id=44# so does anyone know what i can to fix this little problem

i have searched for days now and still can not find anything about one headlight going up and the other going down when the lights are turned on some one please help its kind of annoying lol

Turn the lights on, loosen the arm nut.(of the one that's off) Adjust, and tighten.

ok so now ive tried every single thing i could thinnk of to get them to run at the same time but still not happening. i have unplugged the one that gives me problems raised it up while the lights are on turned off light and it stays up. have tried manually rolling the opposite one to the same position and turned the lights on and same problem. i have checked and swapped around all the relays but i still cant find anything any more ideas on these headlights
