Headlight Timing Q's

Hey there everybody. Tonight I noticed that my drivers side headlight raises about a second faster than my passenger side. I've been messin with 'em all night tryin to figure out why, but I can't find any reason. I also searched on here for quite a while and is seems most ppl's just wont go up or down. None of it really related to my problems. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
