Headlight Sticking Please help

92' 240sx headlight problems.

When I turn on the headlights, the headlights wont pop up. they turn on but don't flip until I pull back on the lever forcing high beam mode. Then they activate and peform like normal. Has anyone seen this problem before?

Which relay should i be looking for? I just replaced the green box in the engine bay to fix my wiper problems. Not sure what to look for.

when i turn on the highs to signal someone , my lights go up,turn on, and then go back down again. if they stay up, then the fact that they are already on probobly keeps them up. the relay should be in one of the boxes, probobly the one under the air box.-hope this helps

That's what I thought. Im going to see how much nissan charges for some or just go the wrecking yard and try a few.
