First and foremost check all fuses in both fuse blocks. Turn and hazard operate off of different fuses, both 10A. According to FSM turn signal switch should have continuity between terminals 1 and 2 for a right hand turn. Terminals 1 and 3 for left.
The headlights system is a little more complicated. The high beam indicator not working makes sense if the right headlamp isn't working as it is run off of that circuit. Does the right headlamp get power? Fuse for headlamp stuff is in both fuse blocks. It looks like the ground for headlamps is run through multiple "retract" relays depending on what is happening at the time.
Check out the FSM for your car at top of this page. It looks daunting at first, but isn't too bad once you get the hang of it. A DVOM(digital volt ohm meter) would be best for this.
