hey I am going to install HIDs this weekend and I wanted to know how the heck you get the headlights off? I took off that little plastic cover with the 1000 clips but I only see 3 bolts for each headlight and after removing those, light is still not coming out. I just wanted to know if anyone could enlighten me a little here, cuz I am lost and according to FSM it says to remove front bumper and inner fenderwell splashguard but that seems like an awful lot of work to just remove a headlamp.

Please let me know. Thanks!

yes the FSM is right, if you did not notice the headlight has a bracket underneath it the is caught on the bottom of the bumper, I think this was done by Nissa inlight of all the Headlights that have been getting stolen these days.

After removing the 10000000 clips.lol.remove the grill..after all clips are off.unclip the grill from behind.now turn you wheels to one side and with a plastic wedge pull the wheel well liner back where the bumper meets the fender.remove the 10 mm screw and pull out the bumper away from the fender towards yourself.there will be the last 10 mm bolt.you can now pull the bumper an inch foreward so you can pull the light out!
