headlight relay part#"25230-10Y60" for Infiniti J30t 1994

im looking for this part but i cant find it.

old part number is 25230-10Y00 bit Nissan stopped producing it.they produced revision of this relay part#25230-10Y60

i have problem with dashboard lights and my steering wheel is stiff probably because relay.

when my dashboard lights went off (wont come on even if i slammed dimmer switch 100 times) my steering wheel got loose (normal) and when dashboard lights are OK my steering wheel is stiff (hard to turn).i have changed already my steering pump and the same thing persisted, so it gotta be electrical problem. i think that speed sensor is not getting power because ECU falls back to default (stiff wheel) when it loses signals from speed sensor.

i have found out that when i leave my car on sun for 5-6 hours my steering wheel gets back to normal ?!?! very strange isn't it?!?!I'm assuming that relay gets heated on the sunlight and it works perfectly, although could be a bad splice too.

Anyway, please help
