headlight relay control unit

I need to replace my headlight relay control unit on my 95 j30. I have the part and was quoted 66.50 to install it. Is this something I could do myself , i"m not really sure where it is located?

Very easy if you have tools.
Its located up against the firewall on the Drivers side.
