Headlight question?

I’ve noticed some condensation in the passenger side headlight. As far as I see, there are no cracks in the lens. Any other places I should be looking at that could be a problem?

I have that on my Q, but not on this one...

There is a little straw on the back of the headlights, used as a vent...

What I do is just turn the high beams on for a while to get the lights hot... Then it goes away......
