Headlight question

ok, this might be a stupid question, but i just wanted to make sure. will a headlight assembly from a 89 240 fit on a 91? im just talking about the stock pop-ups. thanks.

They are interchangeable. How much are you getting the sealed beam headlights for? I have both stock headlights that I can let go for the price of UPS ground local shipping or you can come pick em up.

im not sure yet, i just found them on craigslist and he lives right near me (in antioch or pittsburg) so i am about to call him, i just wanted to know if they were interchangeable first, thanks. oh yeah, and if the guy doesnt have the headlights in them, i will pick ur up, or u can ship them or wuteva, ill post, back gunna call the guy

Yeah, I see who you're talking about. The stock headlights are worthless, but the complete headlight assembly is worth like $25/each. That's the cheapest they go for on car-part.com.

ok, so i should get new headlights no matter what? cuz i defeintly need the whole assembly, etc.

They should be fine as long as they're working. I was just saying the stock sealed beam headlights aren't worth anything over $5, because you can get an H4 conversion for $15.
