HEADLIGHT PROBLEMS!!

so lately my passenger side headlight wont come on immediately when i start the car. it takes me getting the car driving and a few clicks on the light switch for it to light up. both headlights pop up but only the drivers one will come on. im thinking there is a short in the lowbeam wire. but i dont know how to go about fixing it.. any knowledge would be a great help. its a 1992 s13 hatch..

I had the exact same problem on my 91 240SX Hatch, and it ended up being the power wire going to headlamp fuse in the fuse box.
