I did a few searches for this and nothing was really try this then, so here goes.

I have a 1991 240sx and the headlight wont go back down unless manually releasing them from the pumps.

I replaced both relay switches and the switch inside the car. I replaced the pumps also(I tested the pumps from a parts car that I bought for 100.00$) so I know they work.

Anyone else think of what I might have looked over?

The button is located on the left part of the stering wheel. There are no buttons on the console for the lights.

And no its no stuck.

I should add this. You can hear the relays working, and there are no shorts in the wires and both pumps are new.

Someone please help me its the last thing body wise that I have to fix, and its driving me crazy.

Make sure the conections are good. Obviosley its not getting the signal to turn off. I had the same prob when I installed new driving lights. (aftermarket) It was a loose wire fixed in an hour. Good luck.
