Hi , first off let me say you guys are great. This forum has helped out alot. 240's are indeed excellent cars. I have a small problem and i guess it's kindof a newbie question , but i am still learning so bear (is that spelled right?) with me. I was trying the home-made sleepy look on my s13 and popped out the headlight motor thinking i was doing the right thing. Well F**K , its all messed up and wont seem to go back inside correctly. I noticed just today while trying to fix it a small spring has fallen out into the black hole of my engine (trying to get that still). I pretty sure once i get it i will have a better chance of fixing the problem , yet im still not sure if im assembling it correctly. Any hints would be greatly appreciated. :) Also one more thing while im at it... In reverse when backing out of a incline and sometimes even on flat ground i hear a loud clunk coming from the front , possibly brakes not sure what that is , sometimes happens when i break hard as well...im thinking bushings , anyone else have any ideas?

p.s. just recently did new rotors and break pads..yet there is still that loud "clunking" sound. thnx in advance!

ok , well after a few hours of good ole fasion cursing at my ride...and some quality scratching my head and then some work on it , i figured out my problem with the headlight. Result: a little more time with it or possibly a new headlight motor (junkyard time) , but my question still remains this weird clunking sound..someone suggested a axle or even some ball joints or something..not sure , thnx again guys

well , it was answered in another thread that was started i think a day ago..and it seems as though the culprit is my T\C rod bushings , which would make sense since it seems as if it's getting progressivly worse. I'll have to jack up my car and check them out tomorrow. For anyone that is having the same problem and think its your bushings , http://www.pdm-racing.com has some whitelines for 40 bucks.(thnx to the guy on the other thread , i forgot his nick) I will leave a follow-up post as well later on down the line.

p.s. - the whole headlight prob seems to be figured out , i will also post a follow-up on if the headlight motor went in correctly.
