Headlight problem

When i bought my car the headlight doesnt go up or down so i thought it was the headlight motor, i had a little time to look at it today and found this(picture below) could this be my problem or something else? any help would be aprreciated.

well they are relays, and u may want to see which if any are bad before u go and spend $, its a common possibility one of those are bad. search for headlight relay and there is thread that tells how u should test them

whats there to test? 2 of the relays are missing and in their place is some homemade wiring set up using both the fog relay port and the head light retractors.

yeah i noticed that homemade relay rigged in there i dont know whats it for

Rip that sh** out of there and go down to your local nissan to get the correct relay's and stick those in. see what happens from there.
