headlight problem

Hey guysI"m back. i haven't posted in a while. Been busying swearing out my car! lol my damn headlights wont work they go up but wont turn on. I got new headlights, I got new fuses, and I got a new headlight switch and my relays test good I think becasue I can hear them clicking. But now when I put the new headlight switch in, now my ****ing dashboard keeps clicking and ticking like the sound it makes when you turn the 4-ways on even when I don't have the 4-ways on.

Please help with these major electrioal problems before I take the car to the shop and have them find and fix it and that would probably cost me a lot of moeny.. lOL
