on my 89 s13 my headlights go up whenever i turn them on, but if i turn off the light the headlights stay up and then i have to open the hood and turn the valves behind the headlight to make them go down.
ANYONE ANY IDEA HOW I COULD FIX THIS ISSUE????????

have you tried pushing the button inside the car that makes the headlight go up and down?
