headlight probelm on my J30

Heres the problem: I can turn my headlights on but when i do the low and high beams stay on together and i cant turn the high beams off. Also, the parking lights dont come on anymore and when i have just the switch flipped for parking lights i get nothing. One more thing, when the lights are one my taillights dont light up. Brake lights and turn signals work fine. Could this be a blown fuse? How do i replace them?
