I have had a 93 vert for almost four years with no problems. Recently the headlights were actuating on the lazy side. I turn them on and one side would come right up and the other (left) might take anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds to come up. As of late, the time is getting longer. I drove home from work (45 minutes) and one side (left) still hadn't come up. Shut car off (including the stalk switch) and the other side stayed up. I checked car about 8 hours later and the right side had come back down??? Any ideas??? I am going to have to replace rear speakers and am wondering how hard it is to remove the entire rear seat surround panel. Is it difficult?? Also, one of the insert panels is already loose and will require new stapling. I have seen some reference to this in Forum. My drivers side seat cover is worn out. Any possibility to get new ones from Nissan? I think they are the same as the coupe. Great discussion Forum....I hope I can contribute in the future............................JDthe headlight motors have all sorts of problems. sometimes is as simple as a ground but sometimes it necessitaties the replacement of the switch or other components. fortunately they are cheap enough that if you find someone who put on a silvia front end you should be able to get their old lights cheap.. I sold mine for $30/side with motors, bulbs, and covers...

The rear side panels are easy. First pull up on the front of the rear seat bench, it's just clipped in.then you can remove the rear seat back. The side panels have (if i remember right) two screws where it meets the rear seat back, two screws near the door frame and the snaps that hold the top cover that need to be removed. Phillips heads all around. I fixed my panels by piloting small holes through the panels and piece and then used small stainless machine screws about every 2 " It look great to me and they don't show when it's done. For seat covers I'd say you have a few options1. Buy cheap covers from the store(~$40)2. Get used s13-s14 seats for an easy swap($200-800)3. Buy a leather recovering kit (~$700)I'm not sure what the headlight problem may be, I'll leave this one to the vert gurusGood luck and welcome aboard!
