Headlight Moisture

one of my healighs on my s14 has moisture in it . Anyone know a good way to get rid of it and keep it from happening again

the moisture in the headlight means that the seal inbetween the lens and the casing is screwed. the only thing you can do is buy your self a new headlight, and i'd like to emphasize new.
