headlight leveling

I have a 99 q45 touring and one of my headlights isn't leveling. Have any of you ran into this, just wondering where to start?

When you say leveling, do you mean active leveling?

These headlights don't really have the ability to "self-level," when they are referred to as "leveling," I believe that refers to the fact that there is a switch by your left knee that allows you to change the level as you see fit.

Are you saying this switch isn't working? Make sure you're pointed at a close wall to test, it's not a huge difference.

If not, check fuses with a multimeter for continuity, easiest and fastest way.

the switch is what I am referring to. Only the left light moves. The switch works.

Weird - I believe it's one fuse for both, so it must be a wiring issue. Start wiggling!

that was the culprit! I used some contact cleaner and its working perfectly now. Thanks for the help guys!
