Headlight issues

I tried the fix you sticking head light fix. I had the driver side light start sticking. I took the cover off and i may have broke them in the process or they were all ready broken, but the contacts were shot. I replaced the motor all togather after that discovery. After that nothing works. Lights come on and go off as normal, but do not open or close. fuses checked out okay, I took the relays out and put them in my other 240 and they all worked. I did the lit sleepy eye mod about a year ago and i have never had a problem with them, but i checked all my wiring to be sure, all that was okay as well including the fuse, what else could i have screwed up by replacing a motor. I was told there was a diode pack behind the radio, and when i searched the forum i found some else had this problem, and it was the diode pack. I do not understant the diode packs location. My other 240 does not have a radio because i am still building it and not driving it. I looked in there and saws nothing that looked like the description i was given. Can someone help me find this or post a picture. I had to crank my light up by hand, and that is where they stay all the time. Give me hand please. I don't want to have to start just replacing parts. My multi meter is at work, so i will bring it home this weekend.
