Headlight Issues

My headlights have been acting strange for some time now and i dont really know why.

My driving beams dont light up but the high beams do.

also, the corner lamps do not blink, i have the correct bulbs in but its doesnt blink.

my borther looked at it and he found that my driver side headlight had a second ground, whe havent had the time to chase it down yet.

n e one else have an issue like this on a 3rd gen?!

Sounds like a switch issue to me.
