Headlight Housing Install w/out Bumper Removal

My headlight got all f'd up from trying to remove adhesive buildup do to vinyl, and then trying to restore it after with a sanding kit. I have a new headlight housing. I didn't look yet, but, anyone know if I can remove the headlight house in a 3rd generation sedan by just removing the wheel and going through the wheel well? I have access to the lights by just opening the hood due to my intake, but that 2rd hidden screw - ay yiy yiy.

Someone let me know please so I dont have to take off my bumper!

Sorry, I never did anything to my '06 Altima so I don't know.

But for the '08... you def have to take the bumper off.
