headlight higher than other/high beam stuck?

HELP!!!

i took apart my buttons and cleaned out the terminals and contacts.

its a hit and miss when the high beams turn of... for the most part,

highbeams are on ALL THE TIME.

and my left pop-up head light points WAY TO HIGH.

i tried turning it down but it just resets and points up high again...

any suggestions?
