Headlight + fog light burned out, need suggestion on replacement

What would you guys replace the headlight and foglight bulbs with on the 98 240sx? I think I have Hologen lights stock.. H1? so I dont need any conversion. I want a nice blue look similar to luxery cars. There are HID conversions out there but I heard they are crap and will just blind other people. I definetly need my fog lights alot brighter because stock they were preaty pointless. Low beams could also be brighter. Both my highbeams still work, and they are bright enough. Because it gets darker out quicker now, this is something I need to be able to pickup at pepboys, sears, or some local place. If you kno places online let me know too and i'll try to stay off the road at night or play dumb if i get pulled over. if you have pictures of the color on your car or other cars let me see too and see if I like it, or if you know what would look sweet on the black 97-98 240sx cars.
