Headlight Disassembly - gear/spring repair on 94 Q45

I am ready to attempt to fix my headlights as I cannot adjust them correctly. I know someone on here has done it before and I believe they just reconnected some springs. Can that person or anyone who knows exactly what to do give me a step-by-step on the process. I used the search but could not find the info. I'll take pictures of my job and post them if I am successful.

P.S. -- Stupid thought, the headlights take 9005 + 9006 bulbs right...what would happen if you put 2 high beam bulbs in the headlights? What size bulb goes in the foglights?

I thought the FSM might have a detailed scheme of the headlight units disassembled but it doesn't. Does it exist somewhere?

Try BF5 and BF 6.

the metal screws you turn to adjust the lights have a plastic gear attached to them that turns a piece on the headlight housing. the plastic gear breaks and it no longer works. the adjuster housing (don't know what to call it) comes off really easy, just two screws each.

the adjustment part on the light is pretty hard to turn, i used the handle of a pliers
