headlight conversion?

I have a 1995 240sx. I was wondering if there is any way possible to change my headlights from the 95 ones to the 97 ones.

yes buy the head light's then switch them. I think.

Don't you have to change the fenders, grill and possibly hood too?

Yeah, my friend converted his, you need the lights, hood, fenders, bumper and grill. If you shop around you can get a good price on used stuff.
