Does anybody know who sells projector hid conversion kits?

Yes...

1) eBay2) Search on google

For the most part, the only "kits" are really h4 conversion housings + h4 hid kit. Different housings provide slightly better visibility (aka Hella Housing or Bosch Housing, not eBay one), but if you are keeping the stock popups, nothing beats a retrofit (no kit for that, just search on how to do it - a few guys have done it on here and other places).
