Headlight conversion... *hmmm*

(Before I go to wash my car...)I've seen pics of the 240 with a headlight conversion that resembles the newer 300z's (1990+)... Veilside looks like they used to make that converstion kit... but doesn't anymore.. anyone know how to do it , or where to get a kit to do the conversion? I'm just asking this for future reference on my soon to be 240... I've been looking all over on the internet, but haven't had any luck on how to do it or buy the kit... SO ANY help would be appreciated...I'm not sure if this has already been asked in the past... but oh well...

East bear (a company from japan) makes one that looks .. meh. Abflug makes one that looks incredible but I dont think they sell it or at least not available in the US at all even through importers.

There are plenty of places to get conversions, I just dont know where to get them on the pop ups since I prefer silvia headlights. Maybe someone else knows.

I kinda like the looks of the East Bear conversions... BUT what I really like are the Abflug conversion! I'd love to get a kit like that, but from what you said... yea these head lights look like ones on camaros. i think they would work perfect, and you can make the conversion yer self. just take out the pop up lights, and make a cutom housing frame to hold the camaro lights in, and connect the wire that provides lights to the camaro lights, and just tuck the wire for the pop up motor somewhere. i dont think it would be too hard, then you can get custom glass made to cover the top or whaever. yea what do u think of this idea?

I remember one guy actually purchased the 300zx lights and got a body shop to put them in for him. Alot of chopping was invloved, but he had a kit, so I suppose they took their time. Those Japanese lights look really mean, I like em!!

i'd love to have the "blister fenders" on that ab-flug 180sx....too bad abflug doesn't produce them...that was a demo-only car for the TAS. Delusion-S13....ida know i think it would be harder than you think it would be......and i'd really hate to make my 240 look like a camaro...makes me think of those queers that put the S-15 front on a FF Integra....or Skyline lights on a Accord....

ab-flug has never released those fenders for retail sale...so i doubt you saw the same set-up, maybe something simulaur.
