Last summer I took out the amber colored reflectors in my headlights. Only recently did condensation start forming inside my lights. Apparently I didn't seal the lights back up tightly enough. Part of the problem is that I need more of the sealant that creates the seal between the lense and the housing.

Anyone know what kind of a sealant compound I could use that's similar to what was originaly used on the lights? Something with the same general properties (something that becomes more plyable at high temperatures)

go to your local parts house (i.e. advance auto parts) and pick up some urethane. it will come in a container similar to caulk and work with a caulking gun. this is what most lights are sealed with from the factory. i used black RTV on my lights and it worked just fine.
