i agree, PIAA are one of the best. but after you pay the price. Thanks. I did some digging and it looks like the DOT says you can't use H4's over here. Only in motorcycles and off road vehicles. Other street vehicles need 9003. From what I see the H4 filament is wound slightly tighter which makes it slightly brighter. I don't know how true this is.
