Headlight bulbs and foglight/corner bulbs

I bought brand new bulbs for my headlight, foglights and corner lights and when i installed them and turned the lights on they didn't work. i double checked to make sure it was the right voltage and it was the same as my old ones. and i checked the fuses, but nothing wrong there. anyone know what the problem is?

what kind of bulbs are you using?

for the headlights i bought a 9004xv which they told me was compatible with my i30t and the fog lights are H3s and the corner lights are 1157s like it said on the owners manual.

so are none of the lights working now? if so, you may need to look at replacing your headlight switch.

well i wanted to replace all the bulbs so when i replaced the bulbs it stopped working and i switched the headlight bulbs back to the old ones and it works fine with the old bulb, but the fog/corner lights stopped working for both old bulbs and new bulbs.

i had a customer at advance auto parts one time and he had a similar issue. we had to eventually replace every bulb on the front of the car. even the little ones. finally they all worked.

well for me i had noticed that the bulbs were shorting out so i just wanted to replace every bulb and when i did every light stopped working even the headlights so i changed it back to my old ones and the headlights started working fine, but the fog and corner lights stopped working all together. any idea what might be the cause? is is gonna cost me a lot to fix this?

have you checked the fuses and relays?
