Hi - new to the site.
I'm trying to figure out the headlights/fog lights on my '04 G35 coupe. The manual specifies H1 (55Wlow beam) and HB2 (60/55W high beam/fog). A drawing shows the upper light as low beam and the lower as High beam/fog light. I'm confused because the upper light shines with a bright white light but the lower bulb is more like an older halogen - much less bright. I'd like to upgrade the bulbs only but the ads online are confusing (HID, DS bulbs, ballasts etc.). Can anyone suggest bulbs that will upgrade my lights w/o burning up the wiring?

I found bulbs, though it was certainly confusing. HB2 9003 H4 12V 60/55W High Performance Xenon Blue 2.0 Bulb. These are same wattage as oem HB2 for Hi-bean - foglight. Kind of pricey at $31 for 2 but I'm finding that everything for the G35 is more than for the old Trans Am.
