Redwin68,

Welcome to NICO. I'm surprised you need to replace your bulb already. Are you just changing colors?

I don't have personal experience with this matter, but you might try looking in the FAQ thread that is stickied in this forum.

If you don't have an answer by tomorrow, just let me know and I can look it up in the Factory Service Manual for you.

Probably nobody noticed he is new. He never introduced himself. I know myself I never check post counter. Well it is not true. I check SVT's to make sure I am ahead. j/k

Answer is simple little flashy SEARCH on the top of the page. It is in the database. Maybe not the 07 but 06 or older is similar.

BTW welcome to Nico Edvin (assume so). 68 is for your age?

Senti did you put a counter on his name? He is redwin68 you wrote redwin69. Maybe I should go with Redwin70.

thank you very much for your e-mail and support.I trying to access into my head lights so I can add some extra fog lights to the ones I already have, it looks very hard to get to them, and before I took them apart I thought I look for help, the manual I have , form the dealer doesn't explain anything about it ( how to reach into the head lights bulbs and the rest of them)...thank you very much.

That is exactly what I have in mind...are you doing something else to the front end? like installing a new bumper or do I have to go that far also to install my extra fog lights?, did you have to go under the car and removing the tire, to access into the fog lights wire aswell ?( like Joe603 was explaining to me? ) send me a pic once the instalation is completed, ok? thank you very much zuzuka1212

Not really...you could simply buy an aftermarket fog light set and mount them in the OEM bumper. The wiring is really simple. I did a set on my 97 firebird.

The headlights are not fun to remove, I have done a set and the ESM says to remove the bumper and inner fender liners. Then you have to remove a bunch of bolts and the installation is not really a one person job especially if you want to keep your body lines straight. Not a fun job.

What are you replacing the bulbs with? HID? Are you going to wire them in series with the OE bulbs or run another switch?

I really like the black housings in the pics are those JDM or something aftermarket? DO you know if that still has AFS since it has ICC and I think the two are part of the same package? It looks like an awful lot of RTV and duct tape on a brand new car though.

hey Steve I am not replacing any bulbs, I want to install some extra fog lights just like Zusuka, I posted the question like that so I can get general information about how to access into those lights, wich is very interesting (from under the tire fender) , will save me a lot of time in the future.

It is not mine. I just kept the pictures for guys like you. Who needed some info.

Here is a finished product.

If you want to make it for real. You have to take the bumper off and do it that way. Also you have to be creative to fabricate. Good luck with the prohject and keep us updated with pictures if you go for it.zozo

Its a lot of work to do but it looks pretty good.

Personally if I had one I would seriously consider putting HIDs in series with the factory fogs, I have never really been a fan of the regular bulbs with Xenon headlights.
