Hi, I have a g37x 2010 that has a passenger headlight out. I replaced the light and I still had a problem the headlight. It would flicker at first and then stay on and other times I would have to turn them on and off about five times to get them to stay on. Now they don't go on at all. I do not know too much about this but I think it may be the ballast. The dealership said that the whole assembly has to be replaced at a cost of $1,300. Can anyone help me out with this? I appreciate it. Thank you.

See page 37 for fuse numbers, also see page 157

I'm not sure what the whole assembly consists of but it might include a replacement BCM and the IPDM?

You'll have to ask

Good luck

Hello Rich, I would like to know if and how you may have rectified your headlight problem. I have had a similar problem with my wife's G37 The rt. headlight quit working a year ago so I purchased a new D2S bulb, but before I installed the new bulb I turned the lights on and it worked fine, so I removed the rt. wheel liner and removed the old bulb to see if it had any evidence of a burn mark and it looked fine so I reinstalled the bulb and made sure that there was no moisture present. The rt. headlight has worked fine for a year and then failed again, the next morning when I turned the headlight on it worked fine. I could not seem to find any loose wire connections.
thanks for any suggestions Dave

When it's not working I would check to see if the ballast is getting power.
