headlight alignment

should my headlights be perfectly level when aiming them at a wall?

For example, if i pull straight forward to a wall, should my headlights be at exactly the same height? making an imaginary horizontal line, so to speak? or should one be aimed slightly higher than the other?

if anything your drive headlight will be slightly angled down due to on coming traffic
