Headlights stopped going up and down with the switches like they're supposed to. The motors are good, as I can jump the fuse's connection under the hood and make them go up and down with the switch, but I don't want to burn anything up. The relays are clicking like they should, and I've replaced them as well. Btw the fuse I'm talking about is the "headlight ret" one I believe.

I'm either going to fab up some type of Abflug type lights out of them or ..something, but this ish isn't baking my cookies if you know what I mean.

Anyways has anyone else had an instant pop-up failure like this? It's like there's too much voltage going to that fuse, it just keeps popping them.

Check for a pinched power wire, that will draw amps and pop fuses if is touching metal.

That more than likely was the case. Today I messed around with it and put a fuse in it and the lights started working like normal, but I'm going to take a better look at it tomorrow. Thanks for the reply

Check the harness on the left side (by radiator/airbox). I noticed some sparks when I was cleaning my engine bay once. Upon further investigation I found a couple of wires that had rubbed through the insulation.

I was able to catch it before any problems occured, but your's might be the same issue.

Thanks for the heads up

It's been raining, but I've still got some daylight left to play with it
