Headlight Aim Issues

My right headlight points way down. Can something this severe be fixed with the aiming screw or is something bent? I'm sure the car was in some sort of collision before I bought it.
As always any replies are appreciated :)

Id check to make sure there is no bolt, spring, or pieces missing from the setup. then id start to readjust the aim.

I've turned the screw but nothing happens.

you may need to pull the housing to see what the problem is
