The easiest thing to do is buy new lenses. It's not going to be cheap, but you won't have to fuss with finding the leak.
The next option is to take off the lenses and check the seals around the bulbs. If they are just not seated well, then there's your problem. If they are damaged, replace them. If they are snug, then the lens probably has a leak somewhere else.
The best bet would be to put them in the sun (off the car) with the opening on top and let them dry out. Reinstall them, and see if the problem comes back. If not, be happy and post your results.
If it does happen again, dry them out, then figure out where the moisture is coming in. You could plug up the bulb hole and submerge the lens in water. Please do this AT YOUR OWN RISK. I doubt anything will fall apart because of the water, but I don't want you coming back and yelling at me for suggesting this.
When you submerge it in water, look for bubbles. This will show you where you need to seal. Obviously, you'll want to look for other holes besides the bulb holes just incase there are other ones.
Clear RTV Silicone will probably do the trick if you have a seal leak (where the plastic lens attaches to the rest of the housing).
