Hey again....another question....I bought some aftermarket replacement bulbs for my 96se. Do I have to remove the entire headlamp assy to change these? I unplugged the harness, and removed the ring thingy, and I can tell theres a rubber boot over the back of the bulb, but it doesn't seem to come off(of course I didn't pull on it hard). Also, the bulb is tight in there. Does it unscrew? Can I get it out with the lamp assy in place? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!!!

now all you should have to do is twist the bulb (forget which direction) and pull it out. leave the whole headlight ***. in the car. there is no need to take it out.

Ok, I'll give it another try. There's just not much room to get in there...plus tryin not to 'touch the bulb'. Oh yeah, j-z, nice lookin 95. What kinda muffler is that...I'm gonna need one soon.

When I replace mine, I just take the whole thing out, to much of a pain to try to get in that tight space and not touch the bulb, like you said. They are easy to pull in and out anyway, just 2 screws & 2 nuts.

Yeah, I was kinda lookin for an explode view of the assy. It looked to me like there was one screw, and two nuts. I kinda like sayin that too...haha. Is the rubber boot thingy gonna come out too? I'm not in a terrible hurry...I don't like working in the rain.

The rubber boot you have to pull out. It's really not that hard to take out the whole light. Just unscrew the side lamp from the headlight. And let it dangle, and in that little area there are 2 nuts (At least in mine)

I took of the grill for more access, but behind it are two screws. Just take the screws and the nuts out and the headlight comes out. Just twist out the Hi-beam. Unscrew the top from the low-beam, and disconntect the harness.

Pull out the headlight, and the boot will be there, just yank it out. And there are two clips that hold the bulb in place, you just press them towards the center at the same time and the bulb comes out.

Really, it only takes about 15 mins to do both lights.
