Welcome! Not sure, but we do have a few good techs that might be able to help out.

I just went to the car and did mine.. you need a philips that has large teeth not the slim one. It works better.

If you are looking at the head light from the front of the car, the screw is on the inside part of the head light. Very easy to get too. It looks like you will be adjusting the fog light but they are both on one screw.

If you are standing over the head light you will see like a U shaped gider and the screw is right be low it.. Get a flash light and it is easy to see.

Good luck with your lights

DJ

Thanks for the tip

Does the same procedure apply to the G35 coupe? I found a cylinder with a hole in it encasing white gears attached to a metal rod next to the headlight housing. I tried to rotate the gears but they didn't seem to turn the rod. Does the shaft pass through the rod? Is there a lock that has to be released? I can see the white end at the rear of the cylinder turning as I turn the screwdriver but the light beam doesn't move. Which way do I turn the screwdriver to move the beam down?

Well i tell you the best place to adjust them is on a flat parking lot at night.

If you are on a flat surface, you can see how they are adjusted and if you need to go up or down with them.

I think they should be about the same for both Sedan and coupe... I could be wrong cuz i don't have both...

That would be nice to have both lol

I need to buy a digital camra and then I could post pictures

Just be careful to not have them too high...I had a firebird with really crappy lights that I had to adjust really high...got flashed all the time, which got really old!

This is true..

When I first fixed mine, I gave it about 3 turns on the screwdriver on each... well my lights where in the trees. Way to high

I fixed it now and it is perfect. I moved them a little bit higher then they were from the factory... I like to be able to see a little bit further than the low beam but not as far as the high beam lights.

My problem is that when I turn the adjuster the beam does not move. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this?
