Long story short I blew my ka-t a while ago, got pissed and sold everything. Missed driving a 240 and I'm close to buying another. I plan on boosting again with forgies and all but don't want to drive a low compression car until I can afford boost. So my question is, Is there a headgasket for 240's that raise compression? Any one else did this? If so what brand did you use?

you want to boost, and raise your compression? You are going to want a compression ratio of 8.5-1 because this is the optimum for boost. when boosting, you want to decrease your compression ratio if any thing, not increase. you will need to buy forged internals of course, crank, cams, pistons, etc... as far as internals go i recomend a stroker kit, are you going to boost a sohc or a dohc, the dohc is better for boosting, in my opion, i have the sohc, but im going to swap it for the ka24de, and im going na, id rather start off with 155 bhp, than the ka24e's 140 bhp, im going to port and polish the head, mill the head, etc.. i dont know if ill get the cams re-ground, or buy after market. when going na, you need to increase the compression ratio. my goal is going to be 250 hp na.

I know all that. What I meant was, once my engine is built I don't want to dd a 8.8:1 car. So if I had a headgasket to raise compression until I can boost, and then switch back to a cometic or whatever that would be perfect. Oh yea, if I were to go n/a it would be a V8

I am running n/a and don't know a lot about the whole turbocharging scene, but know that I have been having a lot of headgasket issues with my car. Anyway Hussey copper custom builds copper gaskets to nearly whatever thickness you want so you can google hussey copper and should be able to find it, but i believe you get some blowby with those gaskets. I would stay cometic if I was you think they have a better seal and just have your head machined. That way you know for sure it is straight, can get the cr desired and don't have to search for a special gasket.
